Event: "Demonstration of Christmas dinners with hydrobiological resources". Organized by: CITE Pesquero - Piura
Participation in the "First Fishing, Aquaculture and Productive Fair" which took place within the framework of the "Innova Christmas Fair" organized jointly by the Technological Institute of Production and the company United Ocean's SAC, in whose participation it presented two alternative recipes for Christmas dinners, with the use of hydrobiological resources: "Parmesan shells" and "Shells in BBQ sauce", thus strengthening national consumption and recognition of the great potential that scallops offer us.
